Balcones Labs reserves the right to approve or deny any customer or order at its sole discretion. We may request verification of research credentials or institutional affiliation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in order cancellation or account termination.
3. PRODUCTS AND INTENDED USE
All products sold by Balcones Labs are intended for laboratory research purposes only. None of our products or statements have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

- You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
- Payment is accepted via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp as specified at checkout
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation is received
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. All shipments are packaged discretely.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of a verified shipping error on our part. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will evaluate replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.

BY PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO RISKS ARISING FROM IMPROPER STORAGE, HANDLING, CONTAMINATION, DEGRADATION, MISUSE, OR ANY APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT TO ANY HUMAN OR ANIMAL. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALCONES LABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS (COA) REFLECT TESTING RESULTS AT THE TIME OF ANALYSIS AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE A WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY SPECIFIC APPLICATION.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BALCONES LABS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
